I like the fact that Hope (the owner) is certified through Paul Mitchell as Master Stylist. She is the one that trains the other stylists and she makes sure that you leave with a quality haircut, color, etc. She is like an internal quality control specialist. Everyone is friendly and very professional. I like to relax when I get my hair cut. Not worry that I will need to have to wear a hat for the next two weeks because someone butchered my hair.
